How to Understand your Possibilities are Limitless
What comes from limiting yourself? Not much. When you limit yourself on ideas and thought, you can't come with a good, logical solution. The best actions came from a terrible idea. So if you think for a moment that your ideas are horrible, give them a second thought. There are so many ways that a wacky idea has helped businesses in America and people in general to make great decisions. Even when you come up with the wacky ideas, you are still being productive. The off the wall chances usually end up inspiring others to seek better ideas. They inspire you to come up with things that do work. You know the difference between being a leader and a follower? The difference is that a leader has no limitations. There are so many people who limit what they can do and limit their ideas so that they sound stupid and be judged, but if everyone limits themselves, who is going to come up with the good solutions? If you were in a group with others who limit themselves, then your group would be worthless if you limit yourself.
So what if you do let yourself go, what does it mean to be limitless? To understand your possibilities you have to think about the universe. Earth is just one piece of the universe. You are just one piece of earth. The universe has no end. You have so much room that you cannot even understand it. When you do not limit yourself, you are up for anything. You will know how to react and quickly. People who do not hold themselves back are the ones that end up being heroes because they did not hesitate. You may find that by not limiting yourself you can save a life, save a business, save yourself. You can do so much more than anyone. You can see things in ways that others cannot. You will be able to see the big picture and the small picture. You have the opportunity to see everything.
The great thing about not limiting yourself is that you have more of a possibility to go places. You will be able to find love, friendships, career opportunities, and you will be able to achieve all your goals. You should be able to find everything that you seek by being open to the world. The possibilities of what you will accomplish and what you will see will be huge because you open yourself up to the world and those around you. When it comes to being a manager, they try to math others conform, however, if you are a leader, you will be open to your employees, and you will have one of the most successful stores or departs because you do not limit your resources of ideas.
A leader needs to be able to think on all levels. You have to be able to focus on the small task and then how it will affect the over all task. To do that you have to find a lot of resources to help you (like listening to your employees) and be open to your own ideas Remember, that no idea is a bad idea, it's just not complete. Bad ideas are what helps a person to grow and find the best solution. Bad ideas are the basis for great ideas. If you were to limit yourself you would never be able to find the best idea.
The difference between someone stuck in a job and someone who is in a job is the fact that they are open to new things and ideas. They look at things with a positive and not a negative. Don't be stuck at a job, allow yourself to make the best out of it.
